RESERVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Please read the terms and conditions before making a reservation with us.

1. CONTRACT.  
If you want to make a reservation with INKAS PERU PLANET, you must have read and understand all the terms and conditions detailed on this page.   
You automatically accept the conditions of the reservation in your name and in that of all people members in your group included in said reserve, regardless of whether they are minors or people with disabilities.   
Only after sending an email with the confirmation and the corresponding reserve code, your reservation will be accepted and valid.   
The contract between INKAS PERU PLANET and you will be established once your reservation will be validated and it will be effective on the same day that email was sent with the confirmation voucher.   
The term "CLIENT" will now refer to the person or people whose names appear in the reserve.   
An agreement between the CLIENT and INKAS PERU PLANET will be binding on the terms and reserve conditions described below.   
All services detailed in the reserve will be the services provided to the customer.   
INKAS PERU PLANET is accredited by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism of Peru and has been granted permission to operate under the name INKAS PERU PLANET E.I.R.L. with RUC: 20528058303 so you must comply with all regulations and laws that apply to travel agencies.   
INKAS PERU PLANET organizes external suppliers as independent contractors for the various components that compromise their reservation such as: hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, airlines, trains, transport service provider, bus operator, transport operator, transporter, supplier, supplier of accommodation, local operator, travel provider and all other suppliers. We have taken all reasonable measures to ensure that the appropriate arrangements have been made for their journey. However, INKAS PERU PLANET does not control, nor are we owning these suppliers that are independent.

2. MEDICAL CONDITIONS AND OTHER SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS.   
If there is any medical condition, such as a disability or pregnancy, the CLIENT must provide a written statement at the time of reservation. Additionally, the CLIENT must inform of any physical or mental condition that can influence the customer's physical condition level. If you do not follow these instructions, run the risk of being separated during service and can lose your trip. Cancellation penalties will be applied if the trip will be canceled completely.   
Keep in mind that certain routes may not be suitable for the CLIENT if it has a specific disability, mobility, pregnancy or any other condition.   
Before making a reservation, the CLIENT must inform INKAS PERU PLANET any medical condition that believes that he can interfere with the route. For example, it is possible that women who have more than 24 weeks of pregnancy cannot travel. While the CLIENT has not provided information regarding these restrictions, INKAS PERU PLANET is not obliged to provide any additional ease. Although INKAS PERU PLANET does everything possible to meet customer needs, this does not mean that INKAS PERU PLANET is responsible if it cannot do so, because medical facilities vary throughout the country, INKAS PERU PLANET cannot guarantee quality or The standard of medical care provided during the tour.

3. TRAVEL PRICES.   
Services prices are per person and are expressed in American dollars (day exchange rate), prices do not include 18% IGV applicable only to Peruvians and foreigners resident in Peru, foreign tourists must present their passport and card of migration at the time of check-in at the hotel for tax exemption,   
Prices do not include airport taxes, boarding taxes, visa rates, excess luggage, food not mentioned in services, drinks, snacks, tips, travel insurance, laundry, phone calls and all those mentioned in services At the time of your reservation.   
INKAS PERU PLANET is allowed to increase the price of any package when it creates it convenient without informing or notifying the customer. The evaluation of the rate change takes into account a series of variables, including monetary fluctuations, government actions, food costs, transport costs, fuel costs, airport rates, ticket rates and any other cost out of the control of INKAS PERU PLANET
INKAS PERU PLANET may dismiss any increase in operation costs as long as it does not exceed 4% of the total package rate; Otherwise, the CLIENT must pay the total amount of the difference between the previous and the new price.

4. DEPOSITS.   
INKAS PERU PLANET will only take the customer reservation after receiving a 50% deposit of the total cost of the contracted services.   
The other 50% of the total cost of the reservation must be paid 30 days or less than the start date of the contracted services or prior agreement with the travel agent.   
Remember that air ticket payments, train tickets or tickets (Inca road, Machupicchu and Huayna Picchu in all its variants) must be done in its entirety and in advance to guarantee the spaces.

5. CONFIRMATION OF THE RESERVE.
For the confirmation of the INKAS PERU PLANET reserve, you will send an email with the confirmation voucher detailing all the contracted services.
As indicated above, a contract between the CLIENT and INKAS PERU PLANET will be established from the date of issuance of the confirmation and will continue until the conclusion of the contracted services.   
The contract will begin when we receive your payment takes into account the deposits before the deadline.   
In the confirmation voucher, there are the details about their payments, advance amounts, pending amounts, payment dates, as well as the detail of all the contracted services.

6. PAYMENT PROCEDURES.
You can perform the deposit using one of the following methods:   
Payment with cards: We accept all credit and debit cards through a link that we will send to your email or WhatsApp. There is an additional surcharge of 4.8 % for using this method (it is not included in the price of services).   
Payments for bank transfer: the details of the account will be sent by the account either by email or WhatsApp so that you can make your payment.   
(If you send money from outside the country, you must also add the International Transfer Rate of the Receiver Bank and Issuer. Taxes and commissions are not included in services prices).   
PayPal payment: If you choose this option, there is a 7% surcharge (it is not included in the price of services). We will create a payment order and send it by email or whatsapp.

7. CUSTOMER INFORMATION.
To confirm the contracted services, the CLIENT must provide the copy of their identity document (passport, ID, foreigner card, etc.) and any other document that is requested at the time, since some personal data is printed on some tickets In general, basic details such as: full name, document number, date of birth, nationality are required.   
Keep in mind that any reservation can be canceled if all the requested details are not provided.

8. CANCELLATION OF THE TOUR MADE BY THE CLIENT.
To cancel the contracted services, the CLIENT must make a written application. As a general rule, trips bought with deposits and/or paid in their entirety have penalties for cancellations and even some are non -reimbursable. These penalties for cancellation are determined from the date on which the cancellation application is received.   
The CLIENT must take into account that these penalties will be charged even in cases of natural acts, force majeure, political instability, mobilizations, strikes, natural catastrophes, etc. That is why it is highly recommended that the CLIENT acquire a travel insurance policy. For INKAS PERU PLANET it is very important to serve and protect the investment of our CLIENTs. If the CLIENT did not acquire travel insurance and in the extraordinary case that INKAS PERU PLANET could get part of a reimoso, this will be returned to the customer in the form of a credit or voucher with the expiration date that INKAS PERU PLANET communicates in Your moment.   
    If you carry out the cancellation up to 60 days before the start of the services, 35% of the total cost of the hired tourism services will be retained, regardless of the terms and conditions of cancellation of our suppliers (hotels, flights, transports, trains and income) .   
    If you carry out the cancellation between 59 to 30 days before the start of the contracted tourism services, 60% of the total cost of the contracted tourism services will be retained, regardless of the terms and conditions of cancellation of our suppliers (hotels, flights, transport, trains and income).   
    If you carry out the cancellation between 29 to 0 days before the start of the services, 100% of the total cost of all the contracted services will be retained   
    
 Special Observations:
Due to the restrictions for income policies to Machupicchu and Inca path in all its variants and regulations of the airlines, all payments and deposits are not reimbursable.

    If the CLIENT decides to postpone his trip, an administrative rate must be paid. Unused funds can be applied to the next trip with the company.   
    If the CLIENT decides to voluntarily abandon the route after it has begun, he will not have the right to receive any reimbursements.   
    If the CLIENT by force majeure decides not to use the INKAS PERU PLANET services will take the final determination with respect to issuing a refund.   
    If the customer cannot use the services included in their reservation as accommodation, meals, transport and tourist visits, no refund will be made.

“That is why we urge the CLIENT to hire a trip to travel insurance that can cover their travel investment.”

9. CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS MADE BY INKAS PERU PLANET.
In spite of the best efforts of INKAS PERU PLANET for performing all services, it is occasionally necessary to alter a route in one way or another. This is usually necessary due to local circumstances. The CLIENT accepts all possible changes in accepting these terms and reserve conditions.   
Depending on the circumstances, INKAS PERU PLANET has full right to cancel or modify the contracted services, facilities and costs of accommodation, trips and other necessary arrangements. Additionally INKAS PERU PLANET reserves the right to replace services with adequate alternatives.   
INKAS PERU PLANET has the right to completely cancel any or all services if it determines that it is necessary to do it due to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, political situation, mobilizations, vandalism, strikes, wars, government actions, climatic conditions, or any other event that It can endanger the customer, as well as the operation of the services.   
“We highly recommend that you buy travel insurance that can cover your travel investment.”

10. MODIFICATIONS BY THE CLIENT.
If the CLIENT wishes to make any modification on the services already hired, you must pay an additional one if necessary. It will also be responsible for any additional cost that arises during the process. Although we will try to comply with your requests and make the necessary adjustments, we cannot guarantee that everything will meet your expectations.   
All hotel packages modifications, flight itineraries, train tickets, tours and income, will be subject to review, if possible the changes the customer must pay the corresponding penalties.   
The income to Machupicchu and the Inca path in all its variants, are not subject to changes or modifications.

11. CUSTOMER EXCHANGE.
If the CLIENT or any member of the group may not take the services, it may be transferred to another person, for them they must send their application in writing. The application will be subject to review, the CLIENT must pay any additional cost that this change entails.   
Name, date or passport number for Machupicchu and Inca Road in all its variants, since these are non -transferable are not allowed.

12. VISAS, DOCUMENTS AND VACCINES.
The CLIENT is totally responsible for having their documents (passport, ID, foreigner card, etc.) in force, visa permit and necessary vaccines. INKAS PERU PLANET gives you all the information about these articles and topics, but we decline all responsibility for them.

13. PHYSICAL STATE, AGE AND PARTICIPATION.
The CLIENT must be absolutely sure that he has the necessary physical condition level and that he can complete the itinerary of the chosen tour. If your age is over 65, we strongly recommend that you seek medical advice that you indicate is in acceptable physical conditions.   
INKAS PERU PLANET strictly prohibits minors traveling alone. All minors must be accompanied by a father or another adult who assumes all responsible.   
If you consider it necessary, INKAS PERU PLANET can cancel any reserve. The CLIENT must accept the decisions taken by our representatives, personnel, agents and guides during the execution of the services.   
You can exclude a person from the entire route or parts of it if their behavior before or after the route seems to endanger the comfort or security of the rest of the CLIENTs. Additionally, if a traveler's health is not in the best conditions, INKAS PERU PLANET can make all the necessary arrangements for him, but this is not an obligation to us.

14. LOCAL REGULATIONS.
The norms, culture, habits, ways of life and customs of the peoples and the localities they visit must be respected by anyone who travels in INKAS PERU PLANET. Not fulfilling this can cause services not to develop normally.

15. BAD HEALTH OR DISABILITY.
When making a reservation, the CLIENT must inform us, if he has any medical condition, if he is receiving medical treatment of some kind, or if he has any disabilities, allergies, food preferences, diseases, if he receives any medication or care that he may need during the tour . If you do not inform us of such circumstance, it will be assumed that you have violated these reserve terms and conditions and as a result, it could be exempt from the route. No refunds of any kind are granted in any of these situations.   
The CLIENT must inform INKAS PERU PLANET any other need, inability to take actions that provide additional security.

16. TRAVEL INSURANCE.
INKAS PERU PLANET does not include any type safe, which is why it is highly recommended to buy travel insurance that covers all its investment, your health and any eventuality. We recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance (with your favorite insurer) that covers accidents, medical emergencies, repatriation and death, as well as protect it from traveling, damage or theft of luggage and loss of personal objects.

17. TRANSFERS.
If the CLIENT reserves a transfer or in the reserve of the services the transfer is included. The guide/driver will be waiting at the Terminal or Destination Airport for a certain time (between approximately 30 to 50 minutes) once the waiting time is passed, it is considered this as a service performed and completed.   
The CLIENT must inform this incident before the flight departure to one of our phones or by email, however, this does not guarantee the reprogramming of the service.   
INKAS PERU PLANET will try as much as possible to reprogram the transfer. It is important to note that the reprogramming of a service depends totally on availability, otherwise we will not be able to be responsible for it. If the reprogramming is possible and if extra costs are generated, the CLIENT will take care of these additional costs in its entirety.   
In the case that by the rush the service could not be reprogrammed, the traveler must take mobility to the hotel under its own cost, INKAS PERU PLANET will not be responsible for the cost it could cause.   
INKAS PERU PLANET understands that many times these delays are due to the airline and if the traveler does not reach destination due to the delay of a flight, it is then the airline responsible for the loss of this transfer and any other loss that its delay has It could be caused.   
We recommend the CLIENT to acquire travel insurance to also cover this type of incident.

18. FLIGHTS.
INKAS PERU PLANET makes an effort to ensure that all quoted rates are precise. However, all airlines reserve the right to change their rates without prior notice. When you confirm the flight reserve only if you change the quoted rate, the CLIENT must pay the difference.   
Flight reserves cannot be transferred. The schedules and flight times are subject to changes. Once your ticket has been issued, you will be aware of the confirmed information.   
Check your tickets carefully and take note of the schedules. INKAS PERU PLANET will inform you as anticipated possible if there is any change or modification on the flight.   
Air companies can modify flight information at any time. However, services are not significantly affected by these, so the trip is generally done according to the schedule.   
No matter what the reason, INKAS PERU PLANET is not responsible for flight delays. The usual causes of this are the extreme climate, the actions of the traffic controller, the local authorities, the airport authorities, mechanical breakdowns, mobilizations or strikes.

19. TIPS.
Tips are not included in the price and are not mandatory, however, tips to guides is a common practice with all travelers, the CLIENT is the one who decides whether to leave the tip.

20. CLIENT'S OBLIGATIONS.
You, as a CLIENT, must agree with any decision made by our representatives, personnel, agents and guides of INKAS PERU PLANET during your trip. Any person whose health or behavior before or after the route that seems to jeopardize the comfort or safety of other CLIENTs, may be excluded from the entire route or parts thereof.

INKAS PERU PLANET can make the necessary arrangements for a traveler if your health is not adequate, but it is not an obligation. In this case, the CLIENT is responsible for covering the costs they generate.   
If a CLIENT violates the law, it will be excluded from the route, INKAS PERU PLANET will not be responsible for it.   
When reserving a tour, if you have a medical condition that could limit your participation in the tour or affect the enjoyment of others, inform us.   
The services or facilities that are not used are non -reimbursements.   
It is entirely your responsibility as a CLIENT to have their current documents, visa and any other necessary during the tour.

21. INKAS PERU PLANET OBLIGATIONS.
INKAS PERU PLANET organizes all its services, such as lodging and transport on account and name of the CLIENT. Therefore, if there are accidents, damage, losses or any other type of interference by the CLIENT or for causes outside the company, INKAS PERU PLANET will not be responsible.   
INKAS PERU PLANET is not responsible for any type of medical disease, pregnancy or physical impediments that may put their health at risk. Nor are we responsible for any claim or reimbursement that arises for the reasons mentioned above.   
If the Tour needs to be changed or canceled for circumstances outside its control, INKAS PERU PLANET will not offer any compensation. Incidents can be war, civil strike, riots, riots, vandalism, political conditions, natural disasters, extreme climate, health risks, technical problems with transport and flight cancellations.   
INKAS PERU PLANET is exempted from any responsibility in case the flight schedule is altered or the exit is delayed for any reason. However, measures will be taken to reduce any negative impact that this may have on the route.   
If you need something special or additional service, let us know in advance and we will be there to help you.   
If flight delays arise and makes hotels late, no reimbursements will be made for the time that was not. Airlines also do not have compensation to offer in this regard. However, they will still try to reduce their inconveniences providing accommodation or meals, as they consider it appropriate at that time. It is for them that we recommend acquiring travel insurance.

22. RISK ACCEPTANCE.
Some of the services include direct exposure to the visited nature or environment (Trekkings, booting, horseback riding, biking among others).   
Therefore, it implies a personal risk that it could suffer or result with a physical or emotional injury, paralysis, damage or death, so that the CLIENT is aware that such risks, therefore assumes them as part of it.   
The CLIENT accepts that he is aware of his physical and health condition, under the knowledge of this he decides to undertake the aforementioned risks. The CLIENT excludes INKAS PERU PLANET from any responsibility linked to any accident or injury that may occur associated with customer health.

23. CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS.
Report to the guide or any other INKAS PERU PLANET representative if you have any complaint or inconvenience about any service hired so that the problem can be solved shortly. We cannot solve the inconveniences unless he informed us. Therefore, let us know if there is any problem so that we can solve it.

24. PHOTOGRAPHS, REPORTS AND TESTIMONIES.
If we capture or take an image of customers during the execution of services, we have the right to use it for free in our advertising campaigns, either on our social networks, website or locally. This includes various promotional materials such as slides, video programs, brochures and the Internet. If you provide us with written comments, we can also use them for promotional purposes either on our social networks, website or locally.

25. PRIVACY POLICY.   
The company will use the personal information that provides us with all the services hired. Therefore, we must convey this to our suppliers and operators so that we can provide the service you have requested. However, we will strive to protect your information and only use it for strictly necessary official purposes.

26. VERY IMPORTANT.   
We strongly recommend acclimatizing 1 or 2 days before starting your trip at a height greater than 3000 meters above sea level. To minimize possible discomforts by height, you can also help your body drinking a lot of water, adding some sugar to your drinks, eating foods rich in carbohydrates, avoiding smoking and alcohol, and drinking coca mate.
